In order to use your Email Account with Outlook or Thunderbird, you will need to enter your accounts details, such as your host, a port, username and password. This information can vary depending on the Protocol you will use.
Your Email Accounts details can be located by accessing your Control Panel and navigating to the Email Accounts menu.
In the newly opened page, click "+" next to one of Your Email Accounts for additional options. One of the appeared options will be Info, click it and a pop-up containing your Email Accounts details will appear.
- Pay close attention to your Email details, such as ports. If your Outlook/Thunderbird/etc. is not working but Webmail works fine, chances are - some of Your Email Details or Settings are incorrect.
